REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 16, 2007
The regular monthly meeting of the Sugar Camp Town Board was held on Monday, April 16, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. at the Sugar Camp Town Hall.

- Verification of Agenda posting and approval of Agenda. Discussion & action
The agenda was posted at the Town Hall, Sugar Camp Enterprises, Lilly Bass Road and Hwy H. by 10:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2007.
Motion: Sowinski/Schoeneck … to approve the agenda. Carried
- Approval of the minutes from the last regular monthly meeting and any special meeting not previously approved. Discussion & action
Motion: Sowinski/Holewinski … to accept the Regular Meeting Minutes of March 19, 2007.

- Treasurer’s report. Discussion & action
Motion: Sowinski/Schoeneck … to approve the Treasurer’s report with a April 1, 2007 checking and CD account balance of $ 601,077.82. Carried
- Approval of vouchers. Discussion & action
Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski … to approve the vouchers of $ 54,800.01 as presented. Carried
- Public Comments: None
- Correspondences: Oneida County Emergency Management would like the Town of Sugar Camp to sponsor a regional communication grant.
The snowmobile club would like to be on the May Agenda.
- Old Business:
A. Update on delinquent personal property taxes. Discussion and possible action
The Treasurer reviewed for the Board the current status of delinquent personal property taxes. This was a report and no action was taken.
- New Business:
B. Consider support of a petition for High Speed Internet to the “479” exchange. Discussion and possible action
Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski … to support the petition as was done in the past for Frontier and to send letters our state representatives. Carried
C. Review “crack sealing” projects for the summer. Discussion and possible action
Mike was asked to get cost per pound for crack sealing and an estimate as to how much is applied on each road.
Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski …Chairman must approve crack sealing bids not to exceed $14,000. Carried
D. Review comments and actions taken at the Annual Meeting. Discussion and possible action

E. Road Work Report: Discussion and possible action
Motion: Sowinski/Schoeneck …to accept the report as presented. Carried
F. Town Hall Report: Discussion and possible action
Motion: Sowinski/Schoeneck …to accept the report as presented. Carried
