The regular monthly meeting of the Sugar Camp Town Board was held on Monday, May 21, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. at the Sugar Camp Town Hall.

- Verification of Agenda posting and approval of Agenda. Discussion & action
The agenda was posted at the Town Hall, Sugar Camp Enterprises, Lilly Bass Road and Hwy H. by 10:00 p.m. Saturday, May 19, 2007.
Motion: Sowinski/Schoeneck … to approve the agenda. Carried
- Approval of the minutes from the last regular monthly meeting and any special meeting not previously approved. Discussion & action
Motion: Sowinski/Holewinski … to accept the Regular Meeting Minutes of April 16, 2007.

- Treasurer’s report. Discussion & action
Motion: Sowinski/Schoeneck … to approve the Treasurer’s report with a May 1, 2007 checking and CD account balance of $ 592,467.50. Carried
- Approval of vouchers. Discussion & action
Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski … to approve the vouchers of $ 337,150.22 as presented. Carried
- Public Comments: None
- Correspondences: Chairman Holewinski informed the Board that he will be out of Town for the regularly scheduled June Board meeting and requested that it be moved to June 11.

- New Business:
A. Request from the Sugar Camp Snowmobile Club to develop a Vintage Race Track on Town Property.
Motion: Sowinski/Schoeneck… to allow the Sugar Camp Snowmobile Club to develop a Vintage Race Track on Town property. The track will be oval with banked sides to be constructed in the bowl between the two ball fields this summer. All cost for development will be covered by the snowmobile club. Carried
B. Bart Sexton, Oneida Co. Solid Waste Manager, has requested the Town to approve expenditures of $2,838.05 for the tire collection held on May 12, 2007. These funds will be deducted from a grant to the Town, thus there is no cost to the Town.
Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski … to approve expenditures of $2,834.05 for tire collection. The funds to be deducted from the Town are recycling grant monies. Carried
C. Motion to adjourn the Board of Review to August 30, 2007
Motion: Sowinski/Schoeneck… to adjourn the Board of Review to August 30, 2007. Carried
D. Road Work Report: Discussion and possible action
Motion: Sowinski/Schoeneck …to accept the report as presented. Carried
E. Town Hall Report: Discussion and possible action
Motion: Sowinski/Schoeneck …to accept the report as presented. Carried
- Motion to go into closed session pursuant to SS 19.85 (1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance of Town Employees.
Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski … to go into closed session. Holewinski-Aye, Sowinski-Aye, Schoeneck-Aye. Carried
- Motion to return to open session and report on any decisions reached in the closed session.
Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski … to return to open session and report that the Board discussed the performance of a Town Employee and his duties. Holewinski-Aye, Sowinski-Aye, Schoeneck-Aye. Carried
- Motion to adjourn.
Motion: Sowinski/Schoeneck …to adjourn at 8:20 p.m. Carried
