The regular monthly meeting of the Sugar Camp Town Board was held on Monday, June 11, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. at the Sugar Camp Town Hall.

2. Verification of Agenda posting and approval of Agenda. Discussion & action
   The agenda was posted at the Town Hall, Sugar Camp Enterprises, Lilly Bass Road and Hwy H. by 12:00 p.m. Saturday, June 9, 2007.
   Motion: Schoeneck/Holewinski … to approve the agenda. Carried
   
3. Approval of the minutes from the last regular monthly meeting and any special meeting not previously approved. Discussion & action
   Motion: Schoeneck/Holewinski … to accept the Regular Meeting Minutes of May 21, 2007.
   Carried
4. Treasurer’s report. Discussion & action
   Motion: Schoeneck/Holewinski … to approve the Treasurer’s report with a June 1, 2007 checking and CD account balance of $ 261,478.53. Carried
5. Approval of vouchers. Discussion & action
   Motion: Schoeneck/Holewinski … to approve the vouchers of $ 41,141.59 as presented. Carried

9. New Business:
   A. Review status of Hidden Acres Lane as a Town Road. Discussion and possible action.
   Motion: Holewinski/Schoeneck … to accept Hidden Acres Dr. as a Town Road as recorded on Certified Survey Maps E 2818-C1& E 2818-C2. A copy of the deed giving the road to the Town must be provided by the developer. Carried.

B. Review a 4-lot subdivision request from Bill & Lisa Dunsmoor for property located on Hwy H in the Town of Sugar Camp.
Motion: Holewinski/Schoeneck …that the Town of Sugar Camp has no concerns on the 4-lot subdivision request from Bill & Lisa Dunsmoor. Carried

C. Approval of Liquor License, Cigarette Licenses and Operators License. Discussion and possible action
Motion: Schoeneck/Holewinski …to approve all Liquor License, Operators License and Cigarette Licenses as presented. Carried

D. Road Work Report: Discussion and possible action
Motion: Schoeneck/Holewinski …to accept the report as presented. Carried

E. Town Hall Report: Discussion and possible action
Motion: Schoeneck/Holewinski …to accept the report as presented. Carried
