AUGUST 20, 2007

The regular monthly meeting of the Sugar Camp Town Board was held on Monday, August 20, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. at the Sugar Camp Town Hall.

2. Verification of Agenda posting and approval of Agenda. Discussion & action

The agenda was posted at the Town Hall, Sugar Camp Enterprises, Lilly Bass Road and Hwy H. by 4:00 p.m. Sunday, August 19, 2007.
Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski … to approve the agenda. Carried

3. Approval of the minutes from the last regular monthly meeting and any special meeting not previously approved. Discussion & action

Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski … to accept the Regular Meeting Minutes of July 16, 2007.
Carried

4. Treasurer’s report. Discussion & action

Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski … to approve the Treasurer’s report with a August 1, 2007 checking and CD account balance of $ 603,227.11. Carried

5. Approval of vouchers. Discussion & action

Motion: Sowinski/ Schoeneck … to approve the vouchers of $ 397,072.43 as presented. Carried

A. Consider a 3-lot subdivision request from Randy Stefonek. Subdivision to be located on Breezy Pine Rd. Discussion and possible action

Motion: Sowinski/ Schoeneck …that the Town of Sugar Camp has no objections to the proposed 3-lot subdivision request of Randy Stefonek. Carried

B. Consider a Resolution opposing NR 115, new rules governing construction near lakes. Discussion and possible action.

C. Review status of Hwy. 17 and Ripco Road intersection. Discussion and possible action

D. Consideration of purchasing a tractor for the town brusher. Discussion only
