The regular monthly meeting of the Sugar Camp Town Board will be held on Monday, September 17, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. at the Sugar Camp Town Hall.

- Verification of Agenda posting and approval of Agenda. Discussion & action
The agenda was posted at the Town Hall, Sugar Camp Enterprises, Lilly Bass Road and Hwy H. by 12:00 noon on Thursday, September 13, 2007.

- Approval of the minutes from the last regular monthly meeting and any special meeting not previously approved. Discussion & action
Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski … to accept the Regular Meeting Minutes of August 20, 2007.

- Treasurer’s report. Discussion & action
Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski … to approve the Treasurer’s report with a September 1, 2007 checking and CD account balance of $ 413,298.43. Carried
- Approval of vouchers. Discussion & action
Motion: Sowinski/ Schoeneck … to approve the vouchers of $ 32,947.25 as presented. Carried
- Public Comments: Oneida County Senior Olympics thank the Town of Sugar Camp for the use of the Disc Golf Course.
- Correspondences: Chairman Holewinski will be attending a TRIP meeting in October.
- Old Business:
Consider a resolution accepting Eagle Ridge Dr. as a town road. Discussion and possible action.
Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski …to accept Eagle Ridge Dr. as a town road. Carried
Consider a resolution closing the east access of Thunder Lake Rd. to County A. Discussion and possible action
Motion: Sowinski/ Schoeneck …to close the east access of Thunder Lake Rd. to County A. Carried.
Consider a resolution accepting Hidden Acres Dr. as a town road. Discussion and possible action.
Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski …to accept Hidden Acres Dr. as a town road. Carried
- New Business:
A. Consider a Resolution opposing NR 115, new rules governing construction near lakes. Discussion and possible action.
Tabled, no action will be taken
B. Review status of Hwy. 17 and Ripco Road intersection and approve specifications and bidding for the intersection improvement. Discussion and possible action
Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski …to accept the proposal from Pitlik & Wick for $12,500 for the intersection improvement with payment to be made after 1/1/2008. Carried
C. Consideration of purchasing a tractor for the town brusher. Discussion and possible action

D. Consideration of installing holding tanks for the fire department. Discussion only
The Town Board was informed that the fire department will put in 4-2500 gallon water tanks at no cost to the taxpayers. Information only no action taken
E. Consider a change of date for the October Meeting and set planning dates of the budget. Discussion and possible action
Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski …to change the October 15 board meeting to October 10. Carried
F. Consider a request from Bruce Stefonek for 5-lot subdivision on Silent Shores Dr. Discussion and possible action
Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski …to approve the 5-lot subdivision request from Bruce Stefonek. Carried
G. Road Work Report: Discussion and possible action
Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski …to accept the report as presented. Carried
H. Town Hall Report: Discussion and possible action
