December 22, 2009

The regular monthly meeting of the Sugar Camp Town Board was held on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 following the Special Town Meeting and Public Hearing starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Sugar Camp Town Hall.

ALL AGENDA ITEMS ARE FOR DISCUSSION & ACTION

1. Meeting called to order by the Town Chairman.

Chairman Scott Holewinski
Supervisor Otto Schoeneck
Supervisor Paul Sowinski
There were 3 visitors

2. Verification of Agenda posting and approval of Agenda.
The agenda was posted at the Town Hall, Sugar Camp Enterprises, Lilly Bass Road and Hwy H. Sunday December 20, 2009.

Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski … to approve the agenda. Carried

3. Approval of the minutes from the last regular monthly meeting and any special meetings not previously approved.

Motion: Schoeneck/ Sowinski … to accept the Regular Meeting Minutes of November 16, 2009 as presented. Carried

4. Treasurer’s Report.

Motion: Sowinski/Schoeneck… to approve the Treasurer's report with a December 1, 2009 checking and CD account balance of $ 136,031.67 as presented. Carried

5. Approval of vouchers.

Motion: Sowinski/Schoeneck… to approve the vouchers of $106,285.05 as presented. Carried

9. New Business:

A. Approve Coordination Land use Plan

Motion: Schoeneck/ Sowinski … to adopt the land use plan as directed at the Public Hearing. There were no changes made to the plan that the Planning Committee presented at the Public Hearing. A copy of the plan is attached to these minutes. Carried

Review Amendment to Recycling Service Agreement with Oneida County Solid Waste.

Motion: Schoeneck/ Sowinski … to allow the Town Chairman to investigate other alternatives to the Amendment to Recycling Service Agreement with Oneida County Solid Waste. If no alternative is found then the Town Chairman is authorized to sign the Amendment to Recycling Service Agreement with Oneida County Solid Waste. Carried

Review Working Agreements with the Town Crew

Motion: Sowinski/Schoeneck…to approve the Working agreement with the Town Crew for 2010. Carried

Road Work Report:

Motion: Schoeneck/ Sowinski … to approve as read, report attached to minutes. Carried

Set Next Board Meeting Date

Motion: Schoeneck/ Sowinski …to set the January meeting for January 11, 2010. This is one week earlier than the regularly scheduled meeting.

Motion: Schoeneck/Sowinski …to adjourn at 8:05 p.m. Carried
