Check it out. For more information on it and on disc golf in general, see the link on the left. The Sugar Camp Polish Square Fun Run/Walk 2011 Another beautiful day in Sugar Camp. We had approximately 80 runners/ walkers, which made it a big success. It was a benefit for NATH Homeless Shelter and the Rhinelander, Eagle River and Three Lakes food pantries this year. 1. Meeting called to order by Town Chairman 2. Verification of Agenda posting and approval of Agenda. 3. Approval of the minutes from the last regular monthly meeting and any special meeting not previously approved. 4. Treasurer’s report. 5. Approval of vouchers. 6. Public Comments: 7. Correspondences: 8. Old Business: Update on speeding on Camp Four Rd. 9. New Business: A. Vote on State mandated Grievance Procedure B. Request for the Town to accept Orchard Drive as a Town Road C. Road Work Report: Consider an easement for a well to be located on town road right away located at 7172 Timber Lane, owner Gary Thompson. D. Town Hall Report: E. Set next Board Meeting date. F. November Dates: Special Board Meeting for budget planning on the 2nd at 6:30 p.m. November Board Meeting will be on the 14th starting at 6:00 p.m. November Budget Hearing will be on the 14th starting at 7:00 p.m. 10. B. Consider advertising for bids to complete an engineering study for the town hall roof. Motion:
